iPadOS 26+ Touchscreen Bug¶

1 - Multi-Touch Input Bug¶

Starting from iPadOS 26, Apple introduced a bug that disables four to five finger swipe movements when "Four & Five Finger Gestures" are off in the Settings application. Players often turned off this setting in prior versions of iPadOS (iPadOS 18 or lower) to prevent four or five finger actions from inadvertently exiting a game. Turning off this feature in iPadOS 26+ will result in four-key or five-key patterns occasionaly dropping touch input.

You may consider submitting a feedback report to Apple. With more feedback submitted to Apple, it is more likely for developers to prioritize this bugfix.
