Settings¶

You can improve the performance of your device for rhythm games with some additional settings.

1 - High Refresh Rate On Supported Devices¶

Devices with Apple's ProMotion technology are equipped with 120hz variable refresh rate panels, resulting in a smoother gameplay experience. There are multiple ways to ensure that this feature is enabled.

1.1 - Disabling Low Power Mode¶

Low Power Mode causes a ProMotion equipped device to throttle its refresh rate down to 60hz, resulting in choppier gameplay and reduced touch accuracy. Ensure Low Power Mode is disabled before entering your game.

1.2 - Disabling Limit Frame Rate¶

Limit Frame Rate is an option in the Accessibility settings that limits refresh rate to 60hz on ProMotion equipped devices. Ensure Limit Frame Rate is turned off for smooth gameplay.
